Our story

Looking back

It began with a group of retirees who loved golf and always played together on a certain day at the same course, and so a fellowship was born that champions togetherness and camaraderie in a spirit of health and happiness.

Founded as a community of senior golfers in 2002, it now has 1800+ registered members, with 1000+ active participants.

Chairman

Chief person in charge of PGS Makamura, focusing on organizational development, member fellowship, the smooth running of work program activities, and representing Makamura to other external partners.

Vice Chairman

Assists the Chairman in designing the club's work programs and policies. Gathers members' input and complaints, maintains a family atmosphere, and carries out special assignments from the Chairman.

Secretary General

Handles day-to-day administrative tasks such as member registration, meetings, and activity information, archives member data, both personal and handicap, and serves as the liaison between the board and members.

Treasurer

Carries out financial functions such as preparing monthly reports for members and managing the club's funds properly, correctly and accountably.
