Buy & Sell Rules & Prohibited Items

MAKAMURA Buy & Sell is a members' notice board for golf equipment. Transactions happen directly between seller and buyer; MAKAMURA does not receive payments and does not guarantee items.

Prohibited from advertising

  1. Counterfeit / imitation items ("KW", replicas) or items infringing trademarks (Law 20/2016 on Trademarks).
  2. Stolen goods, proceeds of crime, or items without valid proof of ownership.
  3. Weapons, bladed weapons, airsoft/air guns, ammunition and explosives.
  4. Narcotics, psychotropics, prescription drugs, supplements without a BPOM distribution permit.
  5. Alcoholic beverages and tobacco / e-cigarette products.
  6. Products from protected wildlife (e.g. skins, ivory, feathers) — Law 5/1990 jo. Law 32/2024.
  7. Bets, gambling, vouchers/lotteries with cash prizes, including "bets" on golf match results.
  8. Other people's personal data, accounts, memberships or handicaps; round/handicap "jockey" services.
  9. Investments, loans, or any financial offers.
  10. Pornographic content, SARA, hate speech, or fraud (UU ITE Articles 27–28).

Advertising etiquette

  • Use real photos of the item and describe its condition honestly.
  • State a clear price; one item per ad.
  • Mark as Sold once sold. Ads are archived automatically after 30 days.
  • Prefer meeting in person at the club or COD. Do not transfer money before seeing the item.

Reporting & moderation

Use the Report button on ads or posts that break the rules. Moderators review reports within 1×24 hours and may take content down. Every takedown is recorded according to the obligations of Electronic System Operators (PP 71/2019 and Permenkominfo 5/2020). Repeated violations may result in restricted account access.
